We are currently looking to fill the position of Front Desk Receptionist. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, assist them to navigate through an office, and provide conducive atmosphere for the visitors or clients. In addition, You will maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements and all administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities ·

• Greet guests as they arrive ·
• Answer phone calls and emails from clients ·
• Maintain calendars for the office .
handle incoming and outgoing correspondence,
• Maintain files and records as well as perform data entry,
• Maintain office calendars and schedules, keep the office clean, organized and keep office supply inventory fully stocked.
