Cleaner

Overview

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing essential cleaning tasks in
and around residential or office buildings. This role requires attention to detail, the
ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard
of cleanliness. Your efforts contribute to creating a welcoming and hygienic space
for residents or office occupants.
Your Duties:
1. General Cleaning:
 Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors.
 Dusting surfaces and picking up larger objects from the floor.
 Spot cleaning glass and windows.
2. Restroom Maintenance:
 Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including fixtures.
 Restocking dispensers and emptying trash.
 Cleaning mirrors and spot cleaning partition doors and walls.
 Sweeping and mopping tile floors.
 Cleaning and sanitizing and toilets.
3. Trash Management:
 Vacuuming and emptying trash receptacles.
 Replacing liners in trash bins.
4. Equipment and Supplies:
 Setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and
supplies.
5. Sanitation and Organization:
 Monitoring and maintaining the sanitation and organization of
assigned areas.

6. Collaboration:
 Assisting other departments as needed to ensure optimal service to
guests.
7. Additional Responsibilities:
 Performing any additional duties as needed to contribute to a clean
and organized environment.
Skills and Experiences:
 Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial tasks.
 Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
 Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
Preferred:
 Previous experience in a similar role.
 Familiarity with using cleaning equipment.
 Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision with organizational skills.
