Overview

Responsibilities:

Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Operations to receive, analyze, prioritize and manage training development and delivery request.
Responsible for the performance of the Operations Department.
Ensures compliance and accuracy of several training compliance.
Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and budget.
Can develop learning curriculum and training modules.
Can do Training Need Analysis.
Provides regular updates to the leadership on progress and results achieved.
Create an environment conducive to practicing new behaviors and assess whether new skills are being formed from learned knowledge.
Determine whether the expected skills will result in tangible results in operations, measured through speed to proficiency, metric performance and employee retention.
Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote.
Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Must have 5 years’ experience in a 5 star hotel or more than 5 years in hotel/hospitality industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development
Leadership experience in people management specifically coaching for performance
Proficient in MS office
With Problem Solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training skills
Must be amenable to working on a shifting schedule.
