JOB FUNCTION:
A Property Team Leader are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Property Team Leader main objective is to lead and participate effectively in the generation of revenue from wholly owned Real Estate assets or those for partners. This will entail business development and relationship building plus obtaining long-term leasing agreements and collection of debts whether directly or through team members.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following are the roles and responsibilities of Property Team Leader:

Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly.
Examining properties and informing maintenance staff of issues.
Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities.
Lead the achievement of short-termed targeted revenues of all leasing, sales and debt collections of real estate units.
Hold meetings and set targets on daily basis with team, monitor progress and support achievement of the same.
Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
Informing prospective tenants of results.
Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.
Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.
Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers.
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
