What You’ll Be Doing
Take full ownership of the 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate placements
Grow and manage your own desk within your chosen vertical
Work autonomously, while collaborating with a high-performance team
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike
Smash billing targets and thrive in an uncapped commission environment
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience within a recruitment agency (360 focus)
Proven success in placing candidates and winning clients in your niche
A strong business development mindset and commercial acumen
Confidence to own and scale your desk
A relationship-first approach with standout communication skills
