Overview
**Position:** Cold Caller Trainer
**Type:** Self-Employed (Contract)
**Location:** Remote (UK Time Zone)
**Compensation**
Base Compensation: $100 per month, provided on successfully endorsing one new caller each day who actively starts calling.
Commission Structure:
– $300 commission for every 20 new callers each make actively dial clients for at least 1 week.
– $5 Per Credit
**Important Note:**
If the daily endorsement requirement is not met, the employee will only be eligible for commissions based on the submissions made by the endorsed callers. The fixed $100 monthly compensation will not be provided.
**Working Hours:**
Company operations run from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM UK time. All activity must be tracked using Top Tracker.
**Responsibilities**
– Train new cold callers on submissions, scripts, and protocols
– Ensure first-month submission targets are met
– Coach on cold calling and lead generation
– Support calls with recruiters (bonus eligible)
– Track time via Toptracker (desktop only)
– Submit monthly reports by the 1st for payment
**Requirements**
– Full availability during UK working hours
– Experience in cold calling, training, or analyst roles
– Strong communication and mentoring skills
**Definitions**
**Submission:**
– Expert signs up on the platform
– Completes screening questions
– Coordinator submits profile to client
– *Counts as 1 submission*
**Credit:**
– Client books and completes a 60-minute call with the expert
– *Counts as 1 credit*
