As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying potential customers, ultimately contributing to the overall sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as online research, social media platforms, industry events, and outbound prospecting techniques.
Qualification: Conduct initial outreach and engage with leads to determine their level of interest and sales readiness. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate their potential value to the sales team.
Cold Calling and Emailing: Utilize phone calls, emails, and other communication tools to establish contact with prospects. Articulate our value proposition and generate interest in our products or services.
Sales Funnel Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Track progress and report on key performance metrics.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with qualified leads and supporting their efforts to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the company.
