Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing accurate payments to vendors. Your role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience is satisfactory
• process customer payment request accurately.
• Contribute to team goals by achieving personal service targets and KPIs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Good knowledge on excel.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
Preferred Qualifications:
• BSc/HND in Economics or related field.
