Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to be a part of our Customer Service Team. As a part of the job role, you will be responsible for developing effective communication channels for clients.
You should possess excellent problem-solving skills to help resolve any urgent issues. Besides, you should keep a record of all client interactions to aid during training sessions. Your role as a Client Services Manager will also require you to create monthly reports to determine KPIs. Moreover, you should be able to suggest relationship building and improvement strategies.
To excel in this job role, you should have a calm composure and customer-centric approach. Besides, your ability to handle stressful situations professionally and in a timely fashion will work to your advantage.

Responsibilities
Building and maintaining long term customer relationships
Conducting customer service presentations for new recruits
Monitoring customer satisfaction and suggesting improvement measures
Addressing client queries in a professional and courteous manner
Advising clients on different products and services
Conducting surveys and questionnaires to gain client feedback
Planning and participating in marketing campaigns along with the Marketing and Sales department
Supervising trainees and providing the necessary support
Developing client service protocols
Maintaining a record of client phone calls and emails for training purposes
Determining monthly KPIs by generating reports
Suggesting effective strategies to acquire new clients
Maintaining different client accounts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
3+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar position in the Customer Service department
Familiarity with Project Management Software like JIRA and Asana
Having a calm composure
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership qualities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Highly motivated and results-driven individual
Ability to offer increased customer satisfaction
Demonstrating reliability and professionalism
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
