Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned, experienced sales executive to join our growing company’s leadership team. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, and monitoring and reporting on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach them. The VP of Sales will also work closely with other executives to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company. Successful candidate will have a growth mindset enabling new perspectives, ideas and strategies for sales growth.

 

This will include:

·         Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations

·         Outline and manage sales budgets

·         Drive growth to meet quarterly and annual sales goals

·         Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals

·         Develop strategic partnerships to amplify Uberleads brand within sales community

·         Other duties as assigned. We are a small close knit team, so there will be tasks outside of this and ample opportunities to shine!
