We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.
Work Schedule: CST (Graveyard Shift)
Compensation: To Be Discussed
📓Responsibilities:📓
📌Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, following up, and closing on leads
📌Initiating lead/demand generation strategies, including inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns
📌Providing consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications.
📌Delivering timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management
📌Collaborating effectively in a team environment as well as independently
📌Assisting in the preparation of concise, targeted proposals and contracts
📌Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year experience as a sales representative in a BPO setup
Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Gsuite
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to analyze situations and adapt strategies based on previous training data
Strong task management and organization skills with a focus on priority and urgency
Demonstrated integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision
