Should be located near Kurtscheid, Neuwied, Koblenz
Comfortable with travelling to other office locations, Hagen and Heidelberg
Roles & Responsibilities-
➢ To handle Recruitments and Selection of all openings in the Company and its subsidiaries
➢ To update the Open Positions chart every week and share progress in the Monthly Report
➢ To create a Job Description per opening and handle tools or platforms for hiring
➢ To finalize the candidate, create and issue a contract after final approvals from India
➢ To create an employee contract in both the German and English language for quick review and
approvals.
➢ Background Verification before issuing an offer and maintaining details
➢ Onboarding, Orientation, and settlement of new hirings in the system
➢ To implement the Biometric Attendance Punching in the System
➢ To monitor Attendance & leave records, and share monthly reports with the sr. authorities
➢ To control the indiscipline, irregularities, and unpunctuality
➢ To update the Hierarchy Board of all German Companies and share periodically
➢ Who’s Who monthly updates and circulation
➢ KRAs, KPIs, SOPs, and a Reporting system to create, control, or update in a centralized system
➢ To handle Employee confirmations after probation and annual performance evaluation
➢ Existing Employees’ Data and Personal Files Management
➢ To create and maintain the “Application Tracking System”/Interviewed Candidate’s Database
➢ Warnings, Notifications, and alerts to employees as per the situation
➢ To supervise and handle the Statutory and Legal Compliance of employees
➢ Monthly Reporting Structure to be fulfilled and performed.
➢ To report and update on work during the weekly meeting and the Monthly meeting.
➢ Monthly payroll timely disbursement supervision, Annual Salary and Bonus revisions
➢ All employees’ Grievances to resolve and settle
