🌍 AI/ML Engineer (Remote) – Rentokil Terminix
Location: Remote( worldwide)
Department: Data & Analytics / IT
Reports To: Data Science / AI Lead
Rentokil Terminix is a global leader in pest control and hygiene services. We’re driving an AI-powered transformation to enhance customer experience, optimize field operations, and deliver sustainable solutions.
We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power smarter decisions across our global business.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Develop and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendations.
Build end-to-end AI pipelines (data preprocessing → training → deployment).
Partner with data engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable datasets.
Collaborate with business teams on use cases in operations, logistics, customer behavior, and smart pest control solutions.
Monitor, optimize, and retrain models in production (MLOps best practices).
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
must have 5+ years of professional experience.
Degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience building & deploying ML/AI models in production.
Proficiency in Python/R/Java, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
Hands-on with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI).
Strong skills in data pipelines, feature engineering, and distributed computing.
Knowledge in predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or statistical modeling.
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time
Nice to have: IoT/sensor data analytics, reinforcement learning, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), A/B testing, model interpretability, and experience in field services or logistics.
