We recruit call center agents for a UK-based campaign, focused on handling Debt Review and Home Disrepair (HDR) inquiries. Agents are responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and performing hot key transfers to our UK partners.
Additional Account Information:
All roles are office-based, with working hours from 09:30 to 18:30 (South African time).
Compensation includes a basic salary, attendance bonus, and commission.
Our focus is on experienced agents, but we also consider individuals with excellent English communication skills and computer literacy.
We operate from Durban Reservoirhills, primarily recruiting candidates from surrounding areas.
