Overview
The responsibilities for this role include:
* Preparing daily schedules for technicians
* Calling customers to schedule appointments and confirm defect details
* Preparing necessary spare parts for technicians
* Assisting the team with the cost and selling prices of required parts
* Updating daily inventory
* Ordering parts from SVC Headquarters
* Assisting customers with part inquiries via phone or at the SVC branch
* Receiving in-home repair requests from customers and dealers
* Daily monitoring of van GPS movement
* Closing job cards daily within the system
* Purchasing local goods for Saida SVC
* Updating the Direct Manager on all issues related to the SVC branch
* Withdrawing spare parts for job cards
* Executing transfers between warehouses
* Supervising the spare parts warehouse at Saida SVC
* Controlling Saida SVC expenses related to all due bills
* Conducting physical counts for the Saida SVC warehouse and technicians’ warehouses as per management request
Recommended to have a BS degree, excellent english, familiar with computer and microsoft office, works under pressure, well organized, at least 5 years of experience in similar position.
