OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
Offer of Employment Contract with TMS CONSULTING ENGINEERS CAPE. Details of remuneration and the general terms and conditions of employment are outlined below.

You will be employed as an Engineer. You will be expected to carry out all the tasks and duties normally associated with the position as well as assist with related duties as and when required. The Company reserves the right to amend your duties and include in the spectrum of your duties any task that may be of interest to the Company that falls within your vocational abilities.

Your duties shall, without limiting the obligations which you have in terms of common law and other laws, include the following:

·       Preliminary investigations and designs.
·       Report writing.
·       Detail Design Reports and Design Drawings
·       Drawings (draughtsman ship).
·       Prepare tender documents.
·       Tender evaluation report.
·       Prepare appointment letters for specialist services and construction.
·       Construction supervision.
·       Prepare payment certificates for professional fees.
·       Prepare payment certificates for contractors.
·       Any other work as instructed by the Director/Supervisor.
·       To take all reasonable and lawful instructions.
·       To make your services available to the employer.
·       Do your work diligently.
·       To further the organisation’s interest at all times and to no other organisation.
·       To abide by the policies of the organisation.
·       To serve the organisation honestly, diligently and to the best of his/her ability.
