Full Job Description
We are seeking proactive and engaging Field Agents to join our outreach team for a digital registration project supporting local chemical suppliers and retail shops. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, communicating effectively, and helping small businesses adopt digital tools that simplify their operations.
As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for visiting designated businesses, assisting them in registering on our platform, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will represent the company in the field, providing friendly, professional support while collecting valuable feedback from participants.
Key Responsibilities
Business Outreach & Onboarding
Visit chemical suppliers and shop owners within assigned locations.
Guide businesses through the registration and setup process on the digital platform.
Explain the benefits and features of the platform in a clear, relatable way.
Maintain accurate records of visits, completed registrations, and feedback.
Report progress and challenges to the project supervisor regularly.
Communication & Support
Engage business owners professionally and confidently.
Address questions or concerns in a polite and informative manner.
Ensure each business completes the onboarding process successfully.
Documentation & Reporting
Submit daily summaries of field activity.
Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and platform adoption rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required:
Must reside close to Lagos Island or Mowe.
Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Own a smartphone with internet access to complete digital onboarding tasks.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Available to work three (3) days per week during the project duration (1 month, with potential extension).
Preferred:
Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or field operations.
Comfortable engaging people in open market or retail environments.
Friendly, confident, and self-motivated personality.

₦10,000 – ₦15,000 per day (performance-based)
