Overview
This is a full-time on-site Professor role located at Afghan International Islamic University (AIIU) in Kabul Province, Afghanistan. The Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and managing course materials, mentoring and evaluating students, conducting research, contributing to curriculum development, and participating in academic activities.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in course instruction, curriculum planning, and student mentoring.
Experience in conducting and publishing academic research and scholarly activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with classroom management skills.
Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
Familiarity with Research Oriented Education and Outcome Based Education tools and methodologies, including educational technology.
Ph.D. in the field of Industrial Engineering
Prior university-level teaching experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and work effectively in cross-cultural and diverse settings.
