Overview
- The Direct Sales Executive (Telecom) is responsible for promoting and selling telecommunications products and services directly to customers. The role focuses on identifying prospects, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to sell telecom products (SIM, data plans, voice packages, internet devices, fibre broadband, etc.).
Conduct door-to-door marketing, field activation, and direct engagement with customers.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and standards.
Requirements
OND / NCE / HND / BSc in any discipline.
Previous experience in direct sales, telecom sales, or field marketing is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and convince customers.
Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with telecom products and services is an added advantage.
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
Must be willing to work on the field daily.
