A growing confectionery company located in Kuje, Abuja, is seeking dedicated and result-oriented Sales Representatives to support its sales operations and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell the company’s confectionery products to retailers and distributors.
• Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure proper product display, availability, and stock rotation in assigned territories.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
• Provide regular market feedback, customer insights, and sales reports.
• Follow company sales policies and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of SSCE or NCE certificate.
• At least 1 year proven experience in sales within a confectionery company (mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
• Must reside in Kuje or its surrounding areas.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ready for immediate employment.
Remuneration
• Monthly Salary: ₦50,000
• Attractive sales commission and incentives
