JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Any foreign nationals proficient in German Language
✔️Open to applicants abroad willing to work and relocate in Taguig City, Philippines
✔️Graduate or Undergraduate of any program, Vocational, Associate or Technical Degree Completers
✔️ With IT, Service Desk, Helpdesk, and Technical experience either in English or German is an advantage
✔️ With experience in call center or customer service in BPO set-up is preferred but not required
✔️ Willing to work onsite in a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️Handle customer questions about computer hardware or software issues.
✔️Set up and upkeep computer systems and network software.
✔️Address client concerns through phone or email.
✔️Fix technical problems swiftly and effectively.
✔️Organize, rank, and record incoming queries and help desk tickets.
✔️Rank and solve IT issues, passing major ones to the right team.
