We are a professional Mass Tort company handling U.S.-based legal campaigns. We are hiring dedicated and confident Telecallers for our Night Shift process. This is a target-free job with a fixed salary and a supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S. clients for Mass Tort campaigns.
Explain legal case details in a clear and professional manner.
Collect and verify client information accurately.
Complete intake forms as per process guidelines.
Maintain call quality and compliance standards.
Update CRM with correct call notes and status.
Job Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in Night Shift (U.S. process).
Freshers can apply (Training will be provided).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
