OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAMME
Contact Centre Programme – NQF 3
Part Class-room and on the job training provided.
Assignments and Portfolio of evidence to be completed.
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: R4500
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
Must be a South African citizen – must hold a valid SA ID. No foreign-born persons with SA ID are allowed.
Between the ages of 18 – 35 years old.
Matric qualification with 50% pass rate in English and Mathematics
Must be an unemployed South African citizen who resides in the Western Cape
Learners should not be existing workers of the host company Online Offers or any subsidiary companies.
Should not be studying OR intending to study, within the 12 months of the course starting
Must provide clear Copy of ID, Matric Certificate, SARS document, Bank Confirmation Letter, Curriculum Vitae (All certified not older than 30 days from date of application) upon Interview.
must have lead gen/collections/sales experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Computer Literate
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and meet deadlines.
Good time management and attendance

08:00 – 16:30 (Monday – Friday), No working on public holidays and weekends
