Job Description:
• Provide on-going support for all business technology solutions, ensuring that the services provided to users are the highest possible standard within the
resources available
• Work with service desk to support user request and delivery.
• Support testing activities to ensure developed solution meets documented requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify issues.
• Meets with business department’s representatives, systems owners, and end users to gather business, financial, operations requirements and systems goals; to identify and resolve systems issues.
• Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business applications.
Requirement:
• 4 – 6 years post NYSC cognate work experience in a reputable organization/institution. At least 3 years user support experience
- specialized in PowerApps Development
