Overview

Job Specification:

• Responsible for the delivery of employee engaging activities as well as all Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)  related administration.
• Prepare letters of introduction- Bank,  Pension Fund Administrator (PFA), Embassies etc. for all full-time employees.
• Partner with business units on all employee engagement activities.
• Conduct periodic survey to evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement activities

Key Requirement:

• A first degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or another relevant field
• candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years cognate work experience & a maximum of  6 years’ experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, or Employee Relations Specialist or HR Consultant within a reputable and structured business environment, preferably a multinational corporation.

preference will be given to  candidates with experience as an HR Generalist, who is opened to being cross trained
