Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team.
Location: Obanikoro, Lagos( Fully Onsite) Proximity to job location is an added advantage
Shift: Evening and Weekends
Working Hours:5:00pm to 9:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sundays
Salary: ₦150,000 monthly

Requirements:
• Proficiency in payment processing and verification
• Strong numeracy skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Diligent and responsible
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (an added advantage)
