The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development. We are currently seeking reliable, organized, and dedicated volunteer leaders to join our GLD Management Team.

🔹 Role Overview

The GLD Management Team provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to Global Leadership Development (GLD) volunteers to ensure accountability, consistency, and alignment with IHF’s mission and operational goals. This team plays a key role in supporting GLD participants, tracking performance, and maintaining smooth administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee assigned GLDs and ensure clear understanding of roles, tasks, and organizational expectations
Track and monitor participation in mandatory activities, including GOOT tasks, interview practice sessions, GLD Orientation, GLD Sunday Meetings, and team meetings
Guide full-time GLDs in fundraising activities and grant-related research, documentation, and submissions
Manage clear team communication via approved organizational channels (Email, Slack, and meetings)
Address non-compliance issues early and report formal performance concerns to the Highlight Team
Attend management meetings, prepare engagement reports, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

Strong written communication, leadership, and managerial skills
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Experience or strong interest in team leadership, administration, operations, or HR management
Demonstrates fairness, accountability, and ethical management standards
Able to enforce policies consistently while supporting volunteer development
