Duties:
• Reception
• Switchboard
• Administrative and ad hoc duties
• Answering of telephones
• Processing of orders
• Invoicing and credit notes
• Liaison with transport company re stock and deliveries
• Stock count
• General ad hoc office duties
Desired Skills:
• Computer Literate
• Well presented
• Well spoken
About The Employer:
Working hours 08h30 to 16h50 (Monday to Thursday)
08.30 to 15h00 (Fridays)
