OVERVIEW OF THE JOB
We are seeking an Experienced Sales Agent to join our team of highly driven outbound sales agents within our Call Centre. This role requires you to help new and existing customers, establish customer needs and provide a product that is right for them.
You will be required to sell our product/services to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
We provide training to help you effectively cross-sell and up-sell and have a team of experts that will help achieve your targets and product knowledge.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
1 year Call Centre experience essential, preferably in a Sales environment
Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and performance driven environment
Knowledge of BPO Call Centre operations
Work well in a Team and independently
Build relationships with customers to increase loyalty
Matric qualification
Must provide clear Copy of ID, Matric Certificate, SARS document, Bank Confirmation Letter, Curriculum Vitae (All certified not older than 30 days from date of application) upon Interview.
