Responsibilities:

Employee onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
Policy development: Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Research and analysis: Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, such as employee engagement, retention, and benefits.
Special projects: Assist with special projects, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.
Requirements:
Education: OND, HND, BSC
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
HR knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
