Minimum 1 years’ experience in Reception and General Administration.
Must be presentable, well-spoken, professional and hard working.

Must submit a Picture with your CV.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric.
• Minimum 1 Years’ experience working in a similar position.

• Very well presented.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Computer Literate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities
• Switchboard.
• Welcome guests.
• Assist where needed.
• Courier Liaison.
• Up keeping of the reception Area.
• Up keeping of the boardroom for meetings.
• Preparing the boardroom for meetings (Arranging Flowers, Water, Snacks, etc.).
• Taking Stationary Orders.
• Assisting with ad hoc stock control duties such as booking stock in & out.
• Receipting.
