As a training coordinator, you are responsible for identifying and providing training to internal clients to deliver an excellent experience.
You will also be required to assist the senior panel in achieving objective goals. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Provide quality training to internal clients and customers.
• Assist in coordinating and administering clients and customers.
• Identify training and development needs, systematically throughout with panel members.
• Assist senior panel in achieving training objectives and review every month.
• Prepare, organize, administer and conduct in-house training. i.e. recruitment and selection, discipline, and grievance.
• Ensure new customers and clients have received departmental and legal training.
• Hold monthly departmental meetings with trainers to ensure training needs are being covered.
