Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amin Assistant Intern to support daily administrative tasks and documentations.

Responsibilities;

– Assist with scheduling, email handling and filling

– Support digital record management

– Help prepare simple reports

– Follow up on assigned tasks

– Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

– 0-1 year admin experience (Fresh graduate can apply)

– Good organizational and communication skills

– Ability to multitask and work independently

– Basic knowledge of MS Office/ Google workspace
