Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation, with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, business metrics, and trends.
Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive analysis to provide insights.
Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making.
Document processes and create clear data visualisations to communicate findings effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2–3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data manipulation techniques.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ETL processes and working with large databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
Knowledge of machine learning basics for advanced analytics is a plus.
