Ajiro Tech is seeking a highly experienced Online Physics Tutor who can confidently teach:
IGCSE Physics
A Level Physics (AS & A2)
A Level Mechanics
The ideal candidate must have complete mastery across all levels and a proven track record of excellent student results.
⚠ 100% subject mastery is non-negotiable. Applicants must be ready to write an assessment test and start immediately.
✅ Requirements
✔ Proven experience teaching IGCSE and A Level Physics (Cambridge & Edexcel)
✔ Strong mastery of A Level Mechanics (non-negotiable)
✔ Deep understanding of Physics theory, practicals, and exam techniques
✔ Ability to break down complex concepts using multiple teaching approaches
✔ Exceptional online teaching skills using modern tools
✔ Ability to assign structured homework with timely marking and detailed feedback
✔ Teaching style that is patient, detailed, gentle but firm
✔ Strong lesson organisation and progress tracking
✔ Proof of past student success (results required)

🎯 Responsibilities
✔ Deliver structured, syllabus-aligned lessons for IGCSE and A Level Physics
✔ Teach both theoretical and practical components effectively
✔ Cover AS & A2 topics including Mechanics in depth
✔ Prepare students using past papers, exam-style questions, and mock tests
✔ Train students on exam techniques, command words, and mark schemes
✔ Assign well-structured homework regularly
✔ Provide timely, detailed marking and constructive feedback
✔ Track student progress with clear performance reports
✔ Identify weak areas and implement targeted improvement strategies
✔ Use interactive online teaching tools (whiteboards, simulations, annotations, quizzes)
✔ Maintain a supportive yet firm teaching approach
✔ Communicate professionally with students and parents regarding progress
