1. Experienced Cook

Key Responsibilities:

·       • Prepare a wide variety of local and continental dishes.

·       • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

·       • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

·       • Monitor supplies and request timely replenishment.

·       • Adhere to food safety regulations.

·       • Assist in menu planning and introduce creative meals.

Requirements:

·       • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.

·       • Knowledge of local and international cuisines.

·       • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

 

2. Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

·       • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

·       • Replace linens, towels, and room amenities.

·       • Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items.

·       • Maintain and use housekeeping supplies properly.

·       • Provide professional and friendly guest assistance.

·       • Uphold highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Requirements:

·       • Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.

·       • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

·       • Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

 

3. Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·       • Supervise daily restaurant operations for efficiency.

·       • Train and manage staff to ensure excellent service.

·       • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.

·       • Plan menu offerings with kitchen team.

·       • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

·       • Manage stock, inventory, and supplies.

·       • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.

Requirements:

·       • Minimum 1 to 3 years’ managerial experience in hospitality.

·       • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

·       • Ability to work under pressure.

·       • Knowledge of hospitality management systems is an advantage.
