Overview
Interior Architect needed at a Bathroom and Furniture fittings firm.
We are looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from initial briefing through to the final stages of recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience with portfolios to present.
Project management skills.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Strong creative and visualization skills with an eye for detail.
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
Excellent presentation and communication techniques.
Portfolio on previous works.
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.
Proximity to Lekki e.g., V.I, Lekki, Ajah etc.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement building designs and proposals.
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings or design.
Consulting for Clients.
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Visiting building worksite to ensure work is being done according to the architectural plans.
Designing sketches, digital models and rendered views during the design process.
