ASC is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join the Rapid Diagnostics, Sales team in Shreveport, LA. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and develop our Independent & some remote Sales team as they call nationwide & international clients via phone, zoom, and email outreach. The Inside Sales Manager will motivate and coach ASC’s Inside Sales team members in an effort to increase sales and productivity; while tracking KPIs that are relevant to the department, including sales growth, response time, and quality calls.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and coach team members for optimal daily performance

• Attend some & oversee Tradeshows

• Supervise and coach inside sales team as they outbound dial their weekly quality calls

• Set goals and expectations in alignment with leadership’s vision and business directives

• Prepare and collaborate with sales leaders on reporting and visibility needs

• Track relevant KPIs and manage team performance

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Inside Sales Representative

• Call and get reorders, regens, and some new sales

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

• At least 4 years of inside sales experience

• At least 1 years of experience leading inside sales teams

• Highly knowledgeable about ASC products and wholesale channel strategies

• Strong cross-functional communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and dashboard building
