📌Interviewing of applicants

📌Conduct orientation to newly hired workers (Direct and Agency)

📌Facilitate on the job training of applicants and newly hired workers

📌Handles workers violations/offenses (tardiness, absences and others)

📌Handles payroll complaints

📌Coordinate job vacancies to agencies

📌Posting job vacancies in different platforms

📌Monitor attendance of workers and impose disciplinary action

📌Update employee files and records

📌Monitoring of employee`s contract and clearance

📌Monitor worker`s compliance on company policy

📌Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time, by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.

📌Rounds inside the factory to monitor employees
