Position Overview:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data across multiple systems. This role supports critical business operations, including investment fund tracking, project documentation, employee investment records, and client data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update investment-related data into company databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate records of employee investment participation and fund transfers.
Verify and cross-check information with supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
Handle confidential data with integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist in preparing financial and project reports for management review.
Support the Investment & Development team with data tracking for ongoing projects.
Organize and store digital files for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with HR and Finance to reconcile data discrepancies.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or Data Management is a plus.
*Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Office Assistant, or similar role.
*Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database software.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
