Responsible for Email/ SMS / WhatsApp automation program development & Execution, including Segmentation, testing and deployment + Improvements.
Work with a large team to define KPIs creation of reports, and analysis of campaign preformation.
Perform A/B test and manage lead life cycle, lead scoring, segmentation + data cleaning.
