Job Title: Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Responsibility:
* Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat).
* Promoting the company services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with the company’s brand and social media strategy.
* Interacting with prospects and dealing with prospects’ inquiries
* Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.
* Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
* Collaborating with colleagues from across other departments to ensure branding is consistent.
* Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
* Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds the company’s reputation.
* Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
* Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Requirements:
* Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
* Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
* Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
* Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
* Positive attitude, detailed with good multitasking and organizational ability.
