Overview
Chris Hani baragwanath academic hospital is situated at Johannesburg in Soweto, seeks to recruit a Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary. The purpose of the position is to provide a proficient nursing service within the policies and procedures, governing legislation and good corporate governance in order to ensure satisfaction of customer needs, demands and preferences.
CRITICAL OUTPUTS
To function as part of a team under supervision of a registered nurse.
To maintain the comfort of the patient and do regular observations.
To promote and maintain good communication skills with the multidisciplinary team and the patients’ family.
To maintain patient confidentiality
To maintain effective recordkeeping as required by Intercare policies / procedures.
To adhere to infectious control policy and procedure.
To use resources appropriately without wastages and abuse of equipment and consumables.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Certificate as Enrolled Nursing Assistant
Registration with SANC
Previous experience within a Sub-Acute/Rehabilitation environment
Minimum 2 Years nursing experience.
