Roles & Responsibilities
· Meeting Targets and Deadlines
· Convert leads to sales by offering appropriate residential properties and fixing Site Inspections
· Handling international & local clientele to solve their queries and support the sales team(s)
· Assist clients during the decision-making process by answering all relevant queries, liaising with Developer or the Company’s Developer Relations team for any clarifications required and home loan requirements
· Constantly eliciting client’s feedback to improve level of service to ensure customer delight
Mandatory Criteria
· Should be willing to work during all weekend(s) with one weekday off per week
· Working hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
· Work Location – Pune
· Should have good communication in Hindi
