Overview

Job Objectives

1. Strengthen Corporate Communication and Brand Consistency: Develop, implement, and maintain communication systems, policies, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging messaging across all internal, external, and digital platforms.
2. Drive Media Relations, Marketing, and Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute media campaigns, manage media buying and monitoring, produce high-quality marketing content, and lead social media strategy—including content creation, posting, and audience engagement—to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
3. Manage Events, Campaigns, and Change Communication: Coordinate corporate events, marketing activations, and digital campaigns, while supporting change management initiatives through clear, targeted communication that improves stakeholder understanding and buy-in.
4. Monitor Media Channels and Analyze Communication Performance: Conduct daily media monitoring, social listening, and analyze digital metrics (including social media insights and Google Analytics) to track brand conversations, measure campaign effectiveness, and guide data-driven communication decisions.

Key Requirements:

1. A good 1st degree in humanities, social sciences, administration etc. or other fields
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate / external affairs, social media management and/or advertising within a reputable and structured business environment
3. A good knowledge of newsletter conceptualization
4. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
