An established security company based in Durban South is seeking a mature, experienced female Office Administrator to join our team. We require a highly organized and dependable individual with strong administrative and bookkeeping skills, who can manage a wide range of office tasks efficiently and independently.

Minimum Requirements:*

- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in office administration
- Solid background in basic bookkeeping
- Experience in creditors/debtors management (advantageous)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, spreadsheets)
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, and financial record keeping
- Familiarity with labour legislation and HR documentation
- Ability to prepare for and attend CCMA hearings on behalf of the company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
-Valid driver’s license (advantageous but not essential)

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the office and administrative operations
- Perform bookkeeping functions including petty cash management, bank reconciliations, and assisting with month-end processes
- Generate, process, and track invoices, purchase orders, and client statements
- Oversee creditors' and debtors' accounts
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Coordinate and represent the company at CCMA meetings and labour-related matters
- Assist payroll by tracking timesheets, overtime, and leave
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with suppliers and service providers
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and manage filing systems
- Provide professional support to management and handle general office duties as required

*Working Hours & Availability:*
- Core office hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (to be confirmed during interviews)
- The business operates 24/7, and the successful candidate must be available on standby after hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Physical presence in the office is not always required on weekends/public holidays, but availability to assist remotely when needed is essential
- Working hours may vary, and the successful candidate must be flexible and adaptable to operational demands
