Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Air Ticketing Officer to work with us in Lahore. Excellent customer service, helping clients plan and book their travel needs, and guaranteeing a hassle-free and easy trip are the main responsibilities of the perfect applicant.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, flight options, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.
Efficiently handle ticketing, reservations, and bookings using computerized systems.
Stay updated with the latest airline regulations, fare rules, and travel industry trends
.Handle changes to cancellations and refunds while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Air ticketing Officer or in a similar role within the travel industry.
Proficiency in computerized reservation systems (GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Sales experience would also be considered
Strong communications, interpersonal skills and customer relation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visas, and travel regulations.
