About Femme & Earth
Femme & Earth (F & E) is a nonprofit dedicated to advancing women’s voices, contributing to gender equity, and community climate action through research, media, advocacy, and grassroots initiatives.
The organisation operates through two core pillars:
1. Women & Voice
Focused on amplifying voices of underprivileged, marginalized, and unheard women and girls, generating research on gender issues, supporting leadership pathways, and increasing visibility of women’s lived experiences in public discourse. Interviews with women leaders and innovators are included as secondary content to provide insight and mentorship.
2. Climate & Community Action
Focused on environmental awareness, community engagement, sustainability education, and practical climate initiatives that empower communities to adopt environmentally responsible practices.
F & E recognises that gender equality and environmental sustainability are interconnected: women are often disproportionately affected by climate change and are central to community stewardship.
