Our client, an HR Technology company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans that increase brand awareness, drive sales and generate revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet business objectives and sales goals.
· Collaborate with other teams to create and execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.
· Analyse and interpret market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Manage marketing budgets and ensure return on investment is tracked and reported accurately.
· Lead teams and provide guidance and direction to achieve departmental objectives.
· Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and target audiences.
· Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity.
Person Specification
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Executive/Manager with a track record of driving result and revenue growth.
· Related experience in the Information and Communications Technology sector will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
· Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
· Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytical tools.
