The Gesundheitsschule der Schweiz (GSDS) – together with our parent school, the École de Santé de Suisse Romande – is well known throughout Switzerland for offering top-quality training in top quality medical training for complementary and alternative therapists
We’re growing – and we’re looking for a passionate team player to join us in Sales & Customer Support (approx. 30%), starting immediately or by agreement.
What You’ll Do
Inspire & support future students
You’ll advise potential participants with empathy and expertise – via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media – and help them find the course that’s just right for them.
Shape how we sell
Got fresh ideas? Great! You’ll challenge the status quo, contribute your input, and help boost our sales strategies and performance.
Keep things running smoothly
From emails and participant lists to CRM updates, you’ll stay on top of the admin side. You’ll also coordinate with our French-speaking back office to ensure our course starts go off without a hitch.
Whether before, during, or after sign-up – you’re there for our participants with a smile and solution-oriented attitude.
What You Bring
A strong sense of organization and team spirit
Native-level German (Swiss German or High German)
French skills (min. B2) – French is our internal team language
Experience in sales, customer support, or consulting
A structured, independent working style
The ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Clear, confident communication – written and spoken
Digital confidence (Google Workspace, MS Office – bonus if you’re curious about AI)
